Privacy Policy

This draft explains the main data areas used by KnowBall. It should be legally reviewed before public launch.

Data we collect

Account details, email verification state, username, country, age group, optional profile photo, favourite club, answers, scores, streaks, badges, payment status, moderation reports, ad-free status and notification preferences.

Public profile rules

Public profiles should show username, country, age group, profile image, scores and ranks. They should not show full name, email address, exact date of birth or exact age.

Payments, ads and notifications

Stripe may process payment data. Ad placement and click records may be stored for performance reporting. Push-device tokens may be stored only for notification delivery.

Your rights

Users can export account data and request account deletion from inside the app under Account & Privacy.
